Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Santiago Guimarães took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Purgacal got a freekick which was hit by Caio Oliveira. After a defensive mix-up in Purgacal's zone, Antero Soveral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Palmiro Bezerra came out of the goal and Antero Soveral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandrino Malta during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Telmo Semedo shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 11th minute Sidónio Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Palmiro Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentim Silveira in the 15th minute of play forced Purgacal's goalkeeper Palmiro Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidónio Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Purgacal's Palmiro Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentim Silveira in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Hermenegildo Torcato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palmiro Bezerra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antero Soveral went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Santiago Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Hermano Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Purgacal's goal looked a bit too open when Valentim Silveira came free, but Palmiro Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Purgacal getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Dimas Fernandes hit a great ball. Valentim Silveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Palmiro Bezerra having to make a save. Purgacal's Palmiro Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentim Silveira in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Purgacal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Telmo Semedo was slow to take the kick. During this time AL-Bombarralense B's players had a chance to rest. Palmiro Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentim Silveira in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Palmiro Bezerra was a little too slow when Valentim Silveira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-2. Valentim Silveira scored 0-3 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Palmiro Bezerra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Valentim Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palmiro Bezerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidónio Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentim Silveira in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Palmiro Bezerra saved Purgacal from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as AL-Bombarralense B's Valentim Silveira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Palmiro Bezerra. That made the score 0-6 after 77 minutes of play. In the 82nd minute, Valentim Silveira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Palmiro Bezerra. The goal made the score 0-7. In the 86th minute, Antero Soveral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AL-Bombarralense B fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8.
