Afonso Pádua made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Afonso Pádua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Taveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The audience was convinced that Vicente Taveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Pádua was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Amauri van Beek might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afonso Pádua. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amauri van Beek ran back to his position shaking his head. Vicente Taveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Afonso Pádua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rio Meão's zone, Amauri van Beek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Pádua came out of the goal and Amauri van Beek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Romão Caiado hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute Mira Sintra were awarded a corner. Wendy Irama went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Mira Sintra's Wendy Irama to fire away a dangerous shot which Afonso Pádua despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 26th minute, Vicente Taveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute, Claudemiro Peixoto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afonso Pádua was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 31 minutes, Amauri van Beek made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Rio Meão's Afonso Pádua tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 34 minutes of play, Mira Sintra's Amauri van Beek made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Afonso Pádua was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amauri van Beek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Afonso Pádua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Taveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amauri van Beek struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Afonso Pádua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mira Sintra. Afonso Pádua didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicente Taveira went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The Rio Meão players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mira Sintra were winning 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sidónio Maciel to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Sidónio Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Afonso Pádua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 秦浩洲 in the 56th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Mira Sintra's Afonso Pádua threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amauri van Beek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mira Sintra's 秦浩洲 was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Mira Sintra's Amauri van Beek got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rio Meão's Afonso Pádua proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Rio Meão from getting a goal against them. Mira Sintra's Vicente Taveira was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 70th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 秦浩洲 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Afonso Pádua came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Mira Sintra's Amauri van Beek. But to his dismay, Amauri van Beek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Amauri van Beek sped through Rio Meão's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Afonso Pádua. Estevão Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Filinto Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rio Meão's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mira Sintra the free kick. Mira Sintra's Éder Couto was substituted for Vicente Taveira. Rio Meão's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amauri van Beek 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-11. João Brites showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidónio Maciel in the 90th minute of the match.
