Lisandro Vilas Boas's late challenge caught a Sport Clube Lusitania's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lisandro Vilas Boas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, one of fc dragoom:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for fc dragoom. With his leg Hélder Matias managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Sport Clube Lusitania's Mateus Sacadura fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Cristiano Pinhal took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Hélder Matias to make any attempt to save it. When Caio Moutinho fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored fc dragoom's protests and gave Caio Moutinho a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, fc dragoom's Caio Moutinho got a free kick in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Jerónimo Lobo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sport Clube Lusitania's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerónimo Lobo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hélder Matias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in fc dragoom's zone, Cristiano Pinhal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hélder Matias came out of the goal and Cristiano Pinhal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hélder Matias was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Cristiano Pinhal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristiano Pinhal really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Hélder Matias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Pinhal in the 43rd minute. A collision led to fc dragoom getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Herberto Sequeira hit a great ball. Mateus Sacadura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Herberto Sequeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Hélder Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Pinhal in the 52nd minute of the match. Matias Gusmão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hélder Matias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateus Sacadura's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Mateus Sacadura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder Matias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Mateus Sacadura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hélder Matias. fc dragoom's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateus Sacadura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Cristiano Pinhal scored 7-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hélder Matias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hélder Matias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Pinhal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Vilaverde was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 77 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Sport Clube Lusitania:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of fc dragoom:s goal. Mariano Neiva walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. fc dragoom's Matias Gusmão got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Mateus Sacadura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 85 minutes, Jerónimo Lobo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sport Clube Lusitania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerónimo Lobo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sport Clube Lusitania's Mateus Sacadura got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mateus Sacadura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Matias having to interfere. Sport Clube Lusitania's Alex Gueifão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Sport Clube Lusitania from getting a goal against them. In the 100th minute of the match Sport Clube Lusitania got a corner. fc dragoom's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alcides Maciel ran over to the corner to take the kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sport Clube Lusitania fully deserved thier win.
