Manuel Calado helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Alcangosta getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Manuel Calado hit a great ball. Tiago Rijo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Sport Clube Lusitania's Alex Gueifão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adélio Arruda in the 15th minute of play. Alcangosta's Edgar Sesimbra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Alcangosta from getting a goal against them. Alex Gueifão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adélio Arruda in the 34th minute of the match. Mateus Sacadura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Edgar Sesimbra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Sesimbra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Pinhal in the 38th minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Alcangosta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Calado to maneuver through the defense. Sport Clube Lusitania's Mateus Sacadura got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Sport Clube Lusitania's zone, Manuel Calado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Gueifão came out of the goal and Manuel Calado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adélio Arruda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Calado came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alex Gueifão could save by the left post. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sport Clube Lusitania's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adélio Arruda was slow to take the kick. During this time Alcangosta's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Alcangosta's corner Adélio Arruda fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alex Gueifão quite easily take care of the ball. Edgar Sesimbra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateus Sacadura went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Manuel Calado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiago Borba hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute of the match Paulo Vilaverde shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Sesimbra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Manuel Calado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Alex Gueifão made a huge save. When Cristiano Pinhal came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Sport Clube Lusitania fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Pinhal couldn't finish the play. In the 84th play minute Manuel Calado came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alex Gueifão. 1-1. After 87 minutes, Adélio Arruda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alcangosta and the Sport Clube Lusitania players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adélio Arruda hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Domingos Monteiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Sport Clube Lusitania's Mateus Sacadura in 91 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Edgar Sesimbra guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Edgar Sesimbra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Pinhal went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 96 minutes into the match, Alcangosta's goal looked a bit too open when Mateus Sacadura came free, but Edgar Sesimbra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
