After 12 minutes Águia do Norte FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claudinei Cardoso who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Prozela FC's Claudinei Cardoso to fire away a dangerous shot which Mariano Andujar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Geraldo Santarém blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariano Andujar having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lúcio Ramalho during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lúcio Ramalho hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Honorato Regueira came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Prozela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Regueira couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, Prozela FC's Honorato Regueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariano Andujar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kunnar Vaiknemets scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Andujar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorato Regueira in the 28th minute of play forced Águia do Norte FC's goalkeeper Mariano Andujar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Claudinei Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Andujar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Honorato Regueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prozela FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorato Regueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Andujar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Águia do Norte FC's zone, Kunnar Vaiknemets stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Andujar came out of the goal and Kunnar Vaiknemets tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorato Regueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Andujar having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Heitor Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Andujar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Regueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Prozela FC made a substitution. Kamil Wenger replaced Valter Colaço. Mariano Andujar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Honorato Regueira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 53 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evandro Cunha during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kunnar Vaiknemets struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Mariano Andujar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prozela FC. Kunnar Vaiknemets could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Mariano Andujar made a huge save. Mariano Andujar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kunnar Vaiknemets in the 67th minute. Mariano Andujar came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Prozela FC's Kunnar Vaiknemets. But to his dismay, Kunnar Vaiknemets quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 78th match minute, Águia do Norte FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Jesus to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Andujar was a little too slow when Honorato Regueira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-5. 83 minutes into the match, Águia do Norte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Regueira came free, but Mariano Andujar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Andujar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Regueira in the 84th minute of play. Águia do Norte FC's Mariano Andujar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Águia do Norte FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Águia do Norte FC's zone, Honorato Regueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Andujar came out of the goal and Honorato Regueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mariano Andujar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorato Regueira in the 93rd minute of the match. Prozela FC played a much better game than Águia do Norte FC and deserved their victory. The Águia do Norte FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
