Isac Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Brás in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, REAL MADRID's goalkeeper Sálvio Amaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Israel Neto. In the 24th minute, Paulino Cabral made a precise shot to the right of Sálvio Amaro. REAL MADRID's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Sálvio Amaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Gusmão, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Ansião United's Laureano Veloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sálvio Amaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Neto in the 46th minute of play forced REAL MADRID's goalkeeper Sálvio Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Ansião United's Laureano Veloso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sálvio Amaro. That made the score 4-0 after 48 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Sálvio Amaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laureano Veloso went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 57th minute, Laureano Veloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ansião United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Paulo Raminhos walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laurentino Caldeira got free with Isac Vasconcelos in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ansião United's Laureano Veloso got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Paulino Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Laureano Veloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ansião United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ansião United had played much better football throughout.
