After a rather tough play, CristeloCovoBoys's Rafael Fragoso got a free kick in the 6th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Fragoso got free with Mário Valério in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The CristeloCovoBoys fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when CristeloCovoBoys's Rafael Fragoso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Dourada FC's zone, Teodoro Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mário Valério came out of the goal and Teodoro Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Severiano Torcato was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. CristeloCovoBoys's Benedito Travassos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 29th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dourada FC. Teodoro Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário Valério having to interfere. Mário Valério made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Fragoso in the 32nd minute. CristeloCovoBoys's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benedito Travassos in the 34th minute. CristeloCovoBoys's Benedito Travassos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mário Valério in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quintino Vasques got free with Mário Valério in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When CristeloCovoBoys's Quintino Vasques, in the 37th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for CristeloCovoBoys. 46 minutes into the match, CristeloCovoBoys's goal looked a bit too open when Hermano Veiga came free, but Sebastião Moniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastião Moniz came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Dourada FC's Hermano Veiga. But to his dismay, Hermano Veiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Mário Valério didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodoro Correia went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of CristeloCovoBoys booed when Dourada FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Fonda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dourada FC's Dániel Demeter got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodoro Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Mário Valério tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mário Valério showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quintino Vasques in the 70th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, CristeloCovoBoys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martinho Miguéis to maneuver through the defense. Rafael Fragoso took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mário Valério. Mário Valério dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 82 minutes into the match, Teodoro Correia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mário Valério. Dourada FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Correia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Mário Valério took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute, Rafael Fragoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CristeloCovoBoys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. The supporters of CristeloCovoBoys booed when Dourada FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. CristeloCovoBoys walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
