Manuel Teles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Estrada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Teles stood somewhat misplaced when Cesário Cesário came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 18 minute. If Gonçalo Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonçalo Toscano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Manuel Teles made a huge save. After having played for 26 minutes, Gonçalo Toscano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. slcotovios's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonçalo Toscano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cesário Cesário recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonçalo Toscano scored 2-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Teles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cesário Cesário received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Manuel Teles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Teles was a little too slow when Cesário Cesário got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 4-0. After 42nd play minutes Cesário Cesário shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Manuel Teles and just under the crossbar into goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

51 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético do Cadaval's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo Toscano came free, but Manuel Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Vilas Boas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Ondino having to interfere. Manuel Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesário Cesário, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Manuel Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonçalo Toscano in the 81st minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Cesário Cesário made a precise shot to the right of Manuel Teles. Clube Atlético do Cadaval's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 92nd minute, Gonçalo Toscano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute, Alcino Costa had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Homero Cordeiro fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clube Atlético do Cadaval's protests and gave Homero Cordeiro a yellow card for diving instead. slcotovios's Almiro Santos was substituted for Alcino Costa. Homero Cordeiro hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Gonçalo Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. slcotovios's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
