After 19 minutes, Aloísio Godinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Imbativeis SC and the Panteras FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 19 played minutes Imbativeis SC got a freekick which was hit by Aloísio Godinho. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christoffer Grinden, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Batista Batistuta came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Panteras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Batista Batistuta couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute, Lúcio Lages left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Imbativeis SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0.

If Pedro Lobato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Máximo Câmara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Imbativeis SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Christoffer Grinden came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Imbativeis SC's Máximo Câmara. But to his dismay, Máximo Câmara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Adão Neves hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Christoffer Grinden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máximo Câmara in the 62nd minute of the match. Christoffer Grinden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Lages, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Imbativeis SC's Bo Glad got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 78th minute Lúcio Lages shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffer Grinden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christoffer Grinden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máximo Câmara, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Máximo Câmara in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christoffer Grinden saved Panteras FC from getting behind. Panteras FC's Christoffer Grinden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Glad in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Imbativeis SC's József Deák got a free kick in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Imbativeis SC's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Erik Hamnberg came free, but Raul Vilhena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 played minutes Imbativeis SC got a freekick which was hit by Aloísio Godinho. In the 96th minute, Máximo Câmara made a precise shot to the right of Christoffer Grinden. Panteras FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1.
