They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Claudemiro Campos made the kick off in the second half. Caio Liberato charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. If Flavio Xabel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to SC Barreiro getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Cristiano Carreira hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Caio Liberato got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Vaz FC's Flavio Xabel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jorge Moutinho. That made the score 0-9 after 96 minutes of play. When the match was over Vaz FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SC Barreiro throughout the match.
