Spectators: 7962 (Terracing: 5973, Seating: 1831, VIP seats: 158) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Patrício Porto got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Maurício Barata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mário Marques struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Rastko Tešić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Malha-Vacas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mário Marques in the 10th minute of play forced Troxainho FC's goalkeeper Rastko Tešić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th match minute, UD Malha-Vacas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrício Porto to maneuver through the defense. Durval Gameiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Durval Gameiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afonso Amorim's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After 23 played minutes Troxainho FC got a freekick which was hit by André Pimentel. In the 28th match minute, UD Malha-Vacas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesualdo Festas to maneuver through the defense. Durval Gameiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Valido in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in UD Malha-Vacas's zone, Adalberto Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Durval Gameiro came out of the goal and Adalberto Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Afonso Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Afonso Amorim made a kick off. Fábio Valido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Durval Gameiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adalberto Fonseca showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 53 minute of play. Durval Gameiro was a little too slow when Adalberto Fonseca got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Fonseca in the 63rd minute of play forced UD Malha-Vacas's goalkeeper Durval Gameiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Durval Gameiro made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Afonso Amorim sent off a good shot on target. If Adalberto Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Durval Gameiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 86 minutes into the game, Afonso Amorim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Durval Gameiro. Afonso Amorim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in UD Malha-Vacas's zone, Adalberto Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Durval Gameiro came out of the goal and Adalberto Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
