A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Troxainho FC's Adalberto Fonseca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 邓翔鹰. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Troxainho FC's Rastko Tešić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimas Baião in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Fábio Valido made a precise shot to the right of 邓翔鹰. NEW OPORTO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 20th minute, António Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fábio Valido blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 邓翔鹰 having to make a save. In the 27th match minute, Troxainho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Bento to maneuver through the defense. Rastko Tešić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimas Baião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, NEW OPORTO's Gregório Miguéis got a free kick in the 34th minute. Rastko Tešić came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by NEW OPORTO's Dimas Baião. But to his dismay, Dimas Baião quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. NEW OPORTO's Dimas Baião got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandre Seabra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Afonso Amorim made a kick off. Fábio Valido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 邓翔鹰 having to interfere. The supporters of NEW OPORTO booed when Troxainho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandre Seabra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rastko Tešić came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexandre Seabra slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 61st minute. Dimas Baião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rastko Tešić having to interfere. Rastko Tešić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimas Baião, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 81st minute, Donato Sampaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 邓翔鹰 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márcio Guerreiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Alexandre Seabra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NEW OPORTO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Seabra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
