Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Patrício Porto kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, UD Malha-Vacas's Durval Gameiro got control of the ball when Murilo Espinosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Evandro Mendes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 12 minutes into the match. Evandro Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Israel Fraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Durval Gameiro managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Clube do Povo de Esgueira's Estevão Pinto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Murilo Espinosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 minutes, Estevão Pinto made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. UD Malha-Vacas's Durval Gameiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Noel Vidigal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrício Porto in the 28th minute of play. Estevão Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Gameiro having to interfere. If Miguel Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estevão Pintos short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Durval Gameiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Murilo Espinosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Clube do Povo de Esgueira getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Murilo Espinosa hit a great ball. UD Malha-Vacas's Durval Gameiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save UD Malha-Vacas from getting a goal against them. Abel Valido hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Espinosa in the 46th minute of play forced UD Malha-Vacas's goalkeeper Durval Gameiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Durval Gameiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murilo Espinosa went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Estevão Pinto made the kick off in the second half. Durval Gameiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Estevão Pinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Estevão Pinto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Durval Gameiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Clube do Povo de Esgueira's Noel Vidigal got control of the ball when Patrício Porto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adélio Zarco got free with Noel Vidigal in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Clube do Povo de Esgueira's Miguel Leite in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Estevão Pinto took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Durval Gameiro. Durval Gameiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. 92 minutes into the game, Clube do Povo de Esgueira's Estevão Pinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Durval Gameiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Estevão Pinto in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durval Gameiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Clube do Povo de Esgueira had played much better football throughout.
