The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alexandre Seabra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dimas Baião succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Seabra in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durval Gameiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute, Dimas Baião ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Durval Gameiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandre Seabra in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Durval Gameiro saved UD Malha-Vacas from getting behind. After some careless play in the UD Malha-Vacas defense, Dimas Baião kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durval Gameiro. The UD Malha-Vacas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durval Gameiro should have stopped the shot. After having played for 22 minutes, Dimas Baião managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NEW OPORTO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimas Baião was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Dimas Baião put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Durval Gameiro. With a little luck, NEW OPORTO's 邓翔鹰 got control of the ball when Adélio Zarco tried to sneak it across the goal line. 邓翔鹰 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Durval Gameiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimas Baião in the 36th minute of the match. UD Malha-Vacas's Mário Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dimas Baião came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the NEW OPORTO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimas Baião couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimas Baião in the 43rd minute of play forced UD Malha-Vacas's goalkeeper Durval Gameiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the UD Malha-Vacas defense, Fabiano Onofre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Durval Gameiro. The UD Malha-Vacas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Durval Gameiro should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrício Porto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, NEW OPORTO's Dimas Baião dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Alexandre Seabra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 58 minutes into the match, UD Malha-Vacas's goal looked a bit too open when Dimas Baião came free, but Durval Gameiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, UD Malha-Vacas's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Onofre came free, but Durval Gameiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Israel Fraga charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Israel Fraga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Durval Gameiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 74 played minutes UD Malha-Vacas got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Resende. When 孟桦延 came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the NEW OPORTO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 孟桦延 couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the game, Fabiano Onofre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Durval Gameiro. Fabiano Onofre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. With a little luck, UD Malha-Vacas's Durval Gameiro got control of the ball when Alexandre Seabra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Durval Gameiro was a little too slow when Dimas Baião got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-11. The UD Malha-Vacas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. NEW OPORTO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
