After 7 minutes Coelho FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arkādijs Ulms who took care of the corner kick. Lince FC's Norberto Travassos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jacinto Ávila in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 8 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Lince FC's Norberto Travassos fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Jacinto Ávila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Antoine Brillet in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coelho FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Ávila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pierre-Antoine Brillet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Ávila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Herminio Raebert's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Jonathan Maia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jacinto Ávila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Antoine Brillet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, Coelho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipólito Pimentel to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute Sabino Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Ávila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Lince FC's corner Arkādijs Ulms fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jacinto Ávila quite easily take care of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Lince FC's Pierre-Antoine Brillet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacinto Ávila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 30 minutes, Norberto Travassos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lince FC and the Coelho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Norberto Travassos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Pierre-Antoine Brillet notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Coelho FC's Jacinto Ávila. Jacinto Ávila was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Lince FC's Jonathan Maia got control of the ball when Herminio Raebert tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Rodrigo Castilho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacinto Ávila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre-Antoine Brillet, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

A collision led to Coelho FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Plácido Barroso hit a great ball. Jacinto Ávila came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Lince FC's Sabino Guerra. But to his dismay, Sabino Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jacinto Ávila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Antoine Brillet in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute of the game Plácido Barroso made a throw-in which Hipólito Pimentel played forward. Isidoro Caldas kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Norberto Travassos hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Castilho struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Jonathan Maia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coelho FC. When Herminio Raebert came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Coelho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herminio Raebert couldn't finish the play. Jacinto Ávila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabino Guerra in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Coelho FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Ávila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herminio Raebert in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Maia saved Lince FC from getting behind. The Coelho FC fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Coelho FC's Herminio Raebert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Coelho FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Ávila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pierre-Antoine Brillet took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacinto Ávila. Jacinto Ávila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Jonathan Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Raebert in the 90th minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, one of Coelho FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, Lince FC's Norberto Travassos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jacinto Ávila. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lince FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
