If Delfim Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Pinho in the 21st minute of play forced Cassandros Elite Team's goalkeeper Olavo Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Lidador F.C.'s Tamás Albert got control of the ball when Josué Pedroso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despite this Olavo Pinto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emílio Bandeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Tamás Albert made a huge save. In the 47th minute, Danilo Pinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olavo Pinto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Lidador F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
