Comunardo Ferrara's late challenge caught a Eureka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Comunardo Ferrara helped the player get up and apologised. Nuno Malta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dário Colaço, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Atalay Haşmetli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fyers United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atalay Haşmetli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reuben Allwright really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Comunardo Ferrara received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Salvador Sordo came out and tried to block the shot, but Comunardo Ferrara slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 34th minute. The shot was stopped by Nuno Malta but with some difficulty. Atalay Haşmetli might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Salvador Sordo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Atalay Haşmetli ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 91st match minute, Fyers United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 陶坚勇 to maneuver through the defense. Belchior Valadão hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
