The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salvador Sordo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Lamru, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eureka's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fermin Chus was slow to take the kick. During this time Black Moon's players had a chance to rest. Fermin Chus made a great header on Black Moon's corner, it was just that Eureka's Salvador Sordo managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 11th minute Dário Colaço shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Paixão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute Laureano Portugal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Paixão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laureano Portugal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alípio Paixão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentim Castilho in the 16th minute of play. Salvador Sordo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Éder Montenegro in the 24th minute. Alípio Paixão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Alípio Paixão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dário Colaço in the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Laureano Portugal made a precise shot to the right of Alípio Paixão. Black Moon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentim Castilho in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alípio Paixão saved Black Moon from getting behind. A well-hit corner resulted in Laureano Portugal heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 42 minutes into the match, Black Moon's goal looked a bit too open when Belchior Valadão came free, but Alípio Paixão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd minute Valentim Castilho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Paixão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmund Wallin charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmund Wallin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th minute, Edmund Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Barroso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alípio Paixão. Black Moon's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Black Moon getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Anselmo Nikola hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 51st minute Laureano Portugal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Paixão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alípio Paixão came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Eureka's Valentim Castilho. But to his dismay, Valentim Castilho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Salvador Sordo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Éder Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Dário Colaço shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Paixão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eureka's Salvador Sordo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Carvalhal in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Laureano Portugal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alípio Paixão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd play minute Laureano Portugal came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alípio Paixão. 0-4. With a little luck, Black Moon's Alípio Paixão got control of the ball when Valentim Castilho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laureano Portugal in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alípio Paixão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Black Moon's Herberto Velasques was substituted for Edmund Wallin. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Black Moon's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lisandro Luz was slow to take the kick. During this time Eureka's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Paulo Moutinho heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Valentim Castilho scored 0-5 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alípio Paixão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 78th minute, Valentim Castilho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alípio Paixão was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Eureka's Salvador Sordo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Éder Montenegro in the 81st minute of play. Salvador Sordo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Éder Montenegro in the 82nd minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Éder Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black Moon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Shi Xi Wei was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Shi Xi Wei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alípio Paixão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Portugal in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Laureano Portugal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Eureka players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
