Spectators: 8475 (Terracing: 6357, Seating: 1949, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luís Ribas started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute of the match, Reuben Allwright got a very nice opportunity to score, but Álvaro Garcia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luís Ribas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Comunardo Ferrara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Álvaro Garcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Fyers United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurentino Martins to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Malta came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by SLB TELHA's Noel Marinho. But to his dismay, Noel Marinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Noel Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. SLB TELHA's supporters rose to their feet, but Noel Marinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Malta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nuno Malta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Nuno Malta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Ribas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Malta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Ribas went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Reuben Allwright's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Álvaro Garcia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Laurentino Martins made in the 36th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SLB TELHA's Bianco Pietropaolo. In the 39th minute Noel Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Malta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes Fyers United got a freekick which was hit by Alexandrino Borba. Nuno Malta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Marinho in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes in the game Laurentino Martins did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Comunardo Ferrara. The Fyers United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SLB TELHA were winning 0-2.

After a defensive mix-up in SLB TELHA's zone, Comunardo Ferrara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Álvaro Garcia came out of the goal and Comunardo Ferrara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Atalay Haşmetli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Álvaro Garcia was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Luís Ribass short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Nuno Malta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 60 minutes, Luís Ribas made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Fyers United's Nuno Malta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Nuno Malta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Ribas in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Reuben Allwright came free, but Álvaro Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SLB TELHA were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Fyers United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adolfo Caires took the corner. In the 71st minute of the match Fyers United got a corner. SLB TELHA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexandrino Borba ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Sandro Gentil at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of SLB TELHA. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reuben Allwright in the 75th minute of play forced SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Álvaro Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Fyers United's Reuben Allwright nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Álvaro Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. SLB TELHA's Álvaro Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atalay Haşmetli in the 84th minute of play. Álvaro Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atalay Haşmetli's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute, Luís Ribas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nuno Malta was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. The Fyers United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SLB TELHA's performance. The match ended with a win for SLB TELHA.
