When Germano Vilaverde came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Dimond FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Germano Vilaverde couldn't finish the play. Lucas Zarco scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Altino Bettencourt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Dimond FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Salvador Poças fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nicolas Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Germano Vilaverde, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the last second Altino Bettencourt throw himself and got hold of the ball when Salvador Poças in the 28thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Poças in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Altino Bettencourt saved Dimond FC from getting behind. Altino Bettencourt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Zarco in the 32nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucas Zarco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Altino Bettencourt. That made the score 2-1 in the 32 minute of play. Nicolas Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Totti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicolas Neto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francesco Totti's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. A hard shot 42 in the game by Lucas Zarco from a close distance when the talented Altino Bettencourt managed to make a qualified save. Dimond FC's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francesco Totti in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Neto prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

In the 50th match minute, Dimond FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Rangel to maneuver through the defense. Altino Bettencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Zarco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of SC Luzim booed when Dimond FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Sacramento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Altino Bettencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Albuquerque in the 85th minute of play. Germano Vilaverdes short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Nicolas Neto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 90th match minute, SC Luzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Lisboa to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Dimond FC's zone, Salvador Poças stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Altino Bettencourt came out of the goal and Salvador Poças tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
