An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílcar Leiria in the 16th minute of play forced SC Luzim's goalkeeper Nicolas Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renato Ferrão hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Jacek Ptaszek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Poças, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After having played for 53 minutes, Renato Ferrão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
