Spectators: 8406 (Terracing: 6305, Seating: 1933, VIP seats: 168) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Felix Baicu made the kick off which started today's match. 9 minutes into the game, Milfontes United's Felix Baicu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesualdo Ferreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Milfontes United's Romeu De Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Milfontes United from getting a goal against them. Bogdan Niedbalski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Romeu De Sousa made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Milfontes United's Luís Travassos got a free kick in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Milfontes United's goalkeeper Romeu De Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Niedbalski. 23 minutes into the match, C U D Leverense's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Palhares came free, but Jesualdo Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Niedbalski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romeu De Sousa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Romeu De Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Avelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Luís Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesualdo Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Travassos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jesualdo Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Milfontes United's goalkeeper Romeu De Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogdan Niedbalski. In the 48th minute, Yngve Bengtsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The C U D Leverense players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Milfontes United were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bogdan Niedbalski to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Yngve Bengtsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. C U D Leverense's Nivaldo Macieira quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 55th minute, Bogdan Niedbalski made a precise shot to the right of Romeu De Sousa. Milfontes United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Nicu Văduva managed to get in a good position for a shot. C U D Leverense's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicu Văduva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeu De Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luís Travassos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesualdo Ferreira having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Milfontes United's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Niedbalski came free, but Romeu De Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 played minutes C U D Leverense got a freekick which was hit by Nivaldo Macieira. In the 71st minute, Yngve Bengtsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, C U D Leverense's Nivaldo Macieira got a free kick in the 74th minute. Milfontes United's Felix Baicu got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yngve Bengtsson kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Romeu De Sousa came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by C U D Leverense's Tiago Avelar. But to his dismay, Tiago Avelar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sérgio Palhares got free with Jesualdo Ferreira in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nivaldo Macieira charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nivaldo Macieira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, C U D Leverense's Nivaldo Macieira got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Felix Baicu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Jesualdo Ferreira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by C U D Leverense's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Christopher Radtke was slow to take the kick. During this time Milfontes United's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Christopher Radtke got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jesualdo Ferreira quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
