The Milfontes United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeu De Sousa should have stopped the shot. After 13 played minutes Milfontes United got a freekick which was hit by Raul Viana. In the 18th minute, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Ali Brahem seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ali Brahem the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ali Brahem had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 18 minutes into the game, one of ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Vinícius Junior recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Vinícius Junior made a precise shot to the right of Romeu De Sousa. Milfontes United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Hasan Dokuzer managed to get in a good position for a shot. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hasan Dokuzer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeu De Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeu De Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinícius Junior in the 30th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Milfontes United got a freekick which was hit by Raul Viana. Hasan Dokuzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeu De Sousa having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Milfontes United's Felix Baicu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dário Veríssimo. Dário Veríssimo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Bóas Bolas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Romeu De Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuele Hottiger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinícius Junior sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felix Baicu in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dário Veríssimo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
The wind increased when Felix Baicu made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Zeki Özgenc got a free kick in the 58th minute. Milfontes United's Romeu De Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Milfontes United from getting a goal against them. Hasan Dokuzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th minute, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Vinícius Junior ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Romeu De Sousa. Dário Veríssimo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Palhares in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bóas Bolas to maneuver through the defense. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC's Dário Veríssimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Baicu in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Felix Baicu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dário Veríssimo was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Vinícius Junior's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Romeu De Sousa firmly grabbed it by the left post. 89 minutes into the match, Milfontes United's goalkeeper Romeu De Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinícius Junior. Dário Veríssimo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Baicu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The Milfontes United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ALF⚽RNEL⚽S FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
