With his leg Miguel Marin managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when FC Fura Balizas's Olívio Ribas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Long Gang Sen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from You went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After the first half FC Dezassete were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Meng Di Jun to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fura Balizas's zone, David Hulubei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Long Gang Sen came out of the goal and David Hulubei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Marin came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Fura Balizas's Eugeniusz Sanocki. But to his dismay, Eugeniusz Sanocki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3.
