After 10 minutes of play, Hendon's Dumetochukwu Egonu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adebola Tsehe was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15th minute of the match Abayomi Ndudi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adebola Tsehe skillfully saved the ball. Bombai Shagaya made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Nnam Soyinka sent off a good shot on target. Chiefo Ukaoha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dumetochukwu Egonu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Harvington getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Anayolisa Okupe hit a great ball. If Chiefo Ukaoha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chiefo Ukaoha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Chiefo Ukaoha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adebola Tsehe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumetochukwu Egonu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chiefo Ukaoha made a kick off. When Harvington's Nnam Soyinka in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hendon's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dumeto Omogo during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hendon. 1-2 came in the 63rd minute when Anayolisa Okupe all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Bombai Shagaya. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Chiefo Ukaoha put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Adebola Tsehe. Dumetochukwu Egonu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adebola Tsehe having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dumetochukwu Egonu got free with Adebola Tsehe in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 90 minutes, Dumetochukwu Egonu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hendon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dumetochukwu Egonu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Harvington's Furo Nehemiah got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Chiefo Ukaoha kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adebola Tsehe. That made the score 2-4 in the 94 minute of play. If Dumetochukwu Egonu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
