Spectators: 6876 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1876, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zikoranaudodimma Salahudeen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Chibueze Esiri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Okelola Olaoye went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The attack was good, but when Okelola Olaoye in the 6th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 14th match minute, Callington was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ajulu Acholonu to maneuver through the defense. Tahir Echezona kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Callington's zone, Nkemdirim Akparanta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olufemi Ononogbo came out of the goal and Nkemdirim Akparanta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Samson Etoh Sharah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zikoranaudodimma Salahudeen in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olufemi Ononogbo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olufemi Ononogbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zikoranaudodimma Salahudeen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Bury City's Saidu Abodunrin got a free kick in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Zikoranachidimma Okorodudu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chibueze Esiri. Bury City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zikoranachidimma Okorodudu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Callington's Olufemi Ononogbo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zikoranaudodimma Salahudeen in the 29th minute of play. Chibueze Esiri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Okelola Olaoye went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Okelola Olaoye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Chibueze Esiri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Callington booed when Bury City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarila Ojogbo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Callington were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Okelola Olaoye to make the kick off. Okelola Olaoye blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chibueze Esiri having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Okelola Olaoye got free with Chibueze Esiri in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Bury City's zone, Zikoranachidimma Okorodudu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chibueze Esiri came out of the goal and Zikoranachidimma Okorodudu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olufemi Ononogbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nkemdirim Akparanta, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 66th play minutes Zikoranaudodimma Salahudeen shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Olufemi Ononogbo and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zikoranachidimma Okorodudu got free with Chibueze Esiri in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Okelola Olaoye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chibueze Esiri having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Zikoranaudodimma Salahudeen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bury City's supporters rose to their feet, but Zikoranaudodimma Salahudeen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olufemi Ononogbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chibueze Esiri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Okelola Olaoye in the 80th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Bury City's goal looked a bit too open when Okelola Olaoye came free, but Chibueze Esiri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zikoranachidimma Okorodudu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Chibueze Esiri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chidimma Gbenoba kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Callington played a much better game than Bury City and deserved their victory. The Bury City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
