Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kabir Ovie took the kick off in the first half of the match. Austin Akaruye could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Ubanwa Utaka made a huge save. With a little luck, Countesthorpe's Ubanwa Utaka got control of the ball when Austin Akaruye tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute, Countesthorpe's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Austin Akaruye fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 13th minute, Ohen Okon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute, Jebo Nwanu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Countesthorpe's Ubanwa Utaka didn't even have to move. 15 minutes into the match, Austin Akaruye had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ubanwa Utaka. Countesthorpe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Austin Akaruye was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Hebden Bridge's Ayila Ezekannagha got a free kick in the 19th minute. Ubanwa Utaka was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Blessed Thomas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. Ohen Okon charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ohen Okon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Ohen Okon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Countesthorpe's Rapuluolisa Belleh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hanyeolisa Atoyebi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hanyeolisa Atoyebi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kabir Ovie in the 35th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blessed Thomas in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ubanwa Utaka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 46 played minutes Countesthorpe got a freekick which was hit by Ohen Okon. Austin Akaruye recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Blessed Thomas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Hebden Bridge's Austin Akaruye sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ubanwa Utaka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ubanwa Utaka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blessed Thomas in the 66th minute of the match. Onyenachiya Waziki's late challenge caught a Hebden Bridge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Onyenachiya Waziki helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Countesthorpe got a freekick which was hit by Onyenachiya Waziki. Rapuluolisa Belleh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Hanyeolisa Atoyebi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Austin Akaruye recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Austin Akaruye blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ubanwa Utaka having to make a save. In the 80th minute, Blessed Thomas made a precise shot to the right of Ubanwa Utaka. Countesthorpe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Blessed Thomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ohen Okon kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Austin Akaruye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubanwa Utaka having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Blessed Thomas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hebden Bridge's supporters rose to their feet, but Blessed Thomas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
