Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ikenna Fasuba took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ikenna Fasuba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Duro Gambo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ogunmola Olagoke Affianah got free with Duro Gambo in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duro Gambo came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Nailsworth City's Ogunmola Olagoke Affianah. But to his dismay, Ogunmola Olagoke Affianah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ikenna Fasuba in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duro Gambo saved Ironville FC from getting behind. In the 12th match minute, Ironville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gideon Ademowo to maneuver through the defense. When Ngozichukwuka Azazi fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ironville FC's protests and gave Ngozichukwuka Azazi a yellow card for diving instead. Ogunmola Olagoke Affianah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Duro Gambo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Ogunmola Olagoke Affianah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Duro Gambo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ikenna Fasuba, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ogunmola Olagoke Affianah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Duro Gambo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ogunmola Olagoke Affianahs short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Duro Gambo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Duro Gambo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ikenna Fasuba in the 35th minute of play. If Ogunmola Olagoke Affianah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duro Gambo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ikenna Fasuba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Nailsworth City's Ikenna Fasuba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Duro Gambo. That made the score 2-1 after 44 minutes of play. Nailsworth City's Ikenna Fasuba got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ngozichukwuka Azazi to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Ironville FC got a freekick which was hit by Ndubueze Iheke. Duro Gambo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ikenna Fasuba, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Ikenna Fasuba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Ndubueze Iheke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Ikenna Fasuba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ogunmola Olagoke Affianah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Duro Gambo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Nailsworth City's goal looked a bit too open when Ngozichukwuka Azazi came free, but Yakwen Onuabunchi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ndubueze Iheke's late challenge caught a Nailsworth City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ndubueze Iheke helped the player get up and apologised. In the 79th minute, Ndubueze Iheke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ikenna Fasuba in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duro Gambo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute, Ndubueze Iheke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute of the match Nwabuno Al-Makura sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Duro Gambo skillfully saved the ball. In the 90th minute, Chukwujekwu Umanah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the game, Nailsworth City's Ikenna Fasuba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Duro Gambo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Nailsworth City had played much better football throughout.
