But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Halim Abisogun couldn't finish the play. When Brampton City's Ini Odey in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arising star fa's goalie prevented a goal. Ini Odey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chinwe Abiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Abdu Eshieshi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Arising star fa's goal looked a bit too open when Ini Odey came free, but Udochukwu Omorodion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Osonduagwuike Oko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Abdu Eshieshi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 45 minutes, Samson Etoh Adeeko made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Brampton City's Abdu Eshieshi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ini Odey was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Halim Abisogun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Udochukwu Omorodion was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th minute, Nnachetam Famewo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chiefo Zeigbo, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 62 played minutes, Arising star fa's Bankole Adeyinka shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abdu Eshieshi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arising star fa reached it. 63 minutes into the match, Arising star fa's goal looked a bit too open when Ini Odey came free, but Udochukwu Omorodion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arising star fa's Udochukwu Omorodion proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Arising star fa from getting a goal against them. In the 65th match minute, Arising star fa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nnachetam Famewo to maneuver through the defense. After 96 minutes Arising star fa's goalkeeper Udochukwu Omorodion managed, with a little bit of luck, save Chiefo Zeigbo's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Brampton City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
