Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When the match had gone on for 3 minutes, Criss Ologun put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jibril Anzigah. 8 minutes into the game, one of Beast FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 10th minute, Bucknell got a penalty, and Adenuga Kimitei placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. In the 13th minute, Bucknell's Ike Abiakam ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bolakale Mbanongun. Bolakale Mbanongun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. After some careless play in the Bucknell defense, James Adanri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jibril Anzigah. The Bucknell fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jibril Anzigah should have stopped the shot. When James Adanri fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beast FC's protests and gave James Adanri a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Beast FC's James Adanri got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tolulope Peter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, James Adanri notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Bucknell's Jibril Anzigah. Jibril Anzigah was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. James Adanri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jibril Anzigah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Criss Ologun in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jibril Anzigah saved Bucknell from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ike Abiakam made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Onoriode Okorowanta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bucknell's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beast FC the free kick. A collision led to Bucknell getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Onoriode Okorowanta hit a great ball. Jibril Anzigah was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Criss Ologun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Criss Ologun really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. Jibril Anzigah was a little too slow when James Adanri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 2-6. Ike Abiakam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bolakale Mbanongun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Beast FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ike Abiakam came free, but Bolakale Mbanongun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. James Adanri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 played minutes, Bucknell's Chidumaga Nwankwo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bolakale Mbanongun came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bucknell reached it. In the 82nd minute, Criss Ologun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Abazu Osiro fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bucknell's protests and gave Abazu Osiro a yellow card for diving instead. Abazu Osiro hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Beast FC's James Adanri got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bucknell's Tolulope Peter got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bolakale Mbanongun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ike Abiakam, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Tolulope Peter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 97 minutes into the match, Beast FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ike Abiakam came free, but Bolakale Mbanongun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Beast FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
