Nwannedimma Abe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Akubundu Bunu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nwannedimma Abe in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Akubundu Bunu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Knottingley FC's Akubundu Bunu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godson Babayaro in the 27th minute of play. Nwannedimma Abe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akubundu Bunu having to interfere. Akubundu Bunu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godson Babayaro in the 30th minute of the match. Onoriode Nnorom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anenechi Badmus having to interfere. The supporters of Knottingley FC booed when Blue Eagles FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Temitope Bagudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nwannedimma Abe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Knottingley FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Chima Okerulu hit a great ball. Blue Eagles FC's Chinonyelum Eyoma couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Knottingley FC. Nwannedimma Abe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Akubundu Bunu having to interfere. Akubundu Bunu was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Godson Babayaro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Godson Babayaro really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. After 89 played minutes Blue Eagles FC got a freekick which was hit by Chukwueloka Oguonu. Anenechi Badmus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kalu Isiaka in the 90th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Blue Eagles FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Knottingley FC.
