Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eluemuno Eghagha made the kick off which started today's match. Ekpeyong Koshoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Erhabor Wadada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Egobudike Ishola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osi Hamma went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 30 minutes, Chifo Utaka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hellfire FC and the Neen Sollars players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Neen Sollars booed when Hellfire FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chifo Utaka didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Hellfire FC's Erhabor Wadada got control of the ball when Ekpeyong Koshoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Comfort Ogbeche took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egobudike Ishola. Egobudike Ishola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Mma Hashimu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egobudike Ishola having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Hellfire FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eluemuno Eghagha came free, but Erhabor Wadada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Chinua Adekoje fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neen Sollars's protests and gave Chinua Adekoje a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Neen Sollars got a freekick which was hit by Chinua Adekoje. Osi Hamma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egobudike Ishola having to interfere. Neen Sollars's Chinua Adekoje got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osi Hamma to make the kick off. Jere Ugo Osafo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Ekpeyong Koshoni sped through Hellfire FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erhabor Wadada. In the 63rd minute, Osi Hamma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chinua Adekoje kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Onodugo Agbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erhabor Wadada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eluemuno Eghagha in the 71st minute of play forced Hellfire FC's goalkeeper Erhabor Wadada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Ekpeyong Koshoni made a precise shot to the right of Erhabor Wadada. Hellfire FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 88th match minute, Neen Sollars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eluemuno Eghagha to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Osi Hamma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egobudike Ishola. Neen Sollars's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osi Hamma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. A collision led to Hellfire FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Chifo Utaka hit a great ball. Erhabor Wadada came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Neen Sollars's Ekpeyong Koshoni. But to his dismay, Ekpeyong Koshoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-4. The Neen Sollars players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
