In the 12th minute, Ekperikpe Shaba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sinister Ark fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ekpeyong Koshoni during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Ekpeyong Koshoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Andrew Kawu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Sinister Ark's goalkeeper Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ekpeyong Koshoni. After a rather tough play, Sinister Ark's Chinua Ibekwe got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eluemuno Eghagha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chinua Ibekwe hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 34th match minute, Neen Sollars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chinua Adekoje to maneuver through the defense. Chinua Ibekwe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Egobudike Ishola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nnonso Bada struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Egobudike Ishola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sinister Ark. After 40 played minutes Sinister Ark got a freekick which was hit by Gregory Chibutulu.

Eluemuno Nwobodo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Nnonso Bada got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ekpeyong Koshoni in the 66th minute of play forced Sinister Ark's goalkeeper Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Jere Ugo Osafo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Sinister Ark's Lucky Iyawe quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in Neen Sollars's zone, Gregory Chibutulu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egobudike Ishola came out of the goal and Gregory Chibutulu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Neen Sollars's Chinua Adekoje got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekpeyong Koshoni in the 80th minute of play. Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Onodugo Agbo in the 83rd minute of the match. After 85 played minutes Neen Sollars got a freekick which was hit by Onodugo Agbo. The attack was good, but when Zikoranachukwudimma Fadason in the 87th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ekpeyong Koshoni in the 91st minute of play forced Sinister Ark's goalkeeper Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ifeanyichukwu Anyamkegh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ekpeyong Koshoni in the 94th minute of the match.
