Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Ishaq Iheanacho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Godwin Azubuike was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. In the 9th minute, Erfan Argungu made a precise shot to the right of Onyema Adebona. Nailsworth's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Onyema Adebona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erfan Argungu, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When Biodun Ifejiagwa came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Birmingham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Biodun Ifejiagwa couldn't finish the play. After 15 played minutes Birmingham got a freekick which was hit by Erfan Argungu. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ishaq Iheanacho in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godwin Azubuike prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Godwin Azubuike stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ishaq Iheanacho's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 25th play minutes Ishaq Iheanacho shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Godwin Azubuike and just under the crossbar into goal. Godwin Azubuike took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ishaq Iheanacho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Chinwo Bature had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ishaq Iheanacho in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godwin Azubuike saved Birmingham from getting behind. When Ishaq Iheanacho came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Nailsworth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ishaq Iheanacho couldn't finish the play. Kiru Amadasu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the match, Birmingham's goalkeeper Godwin Azubuike had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chinwo Bature. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Chinwo Bature took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Godwin Azubuike to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ishaq Iheanacho to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Nailsworth getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Goni Akintemi hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ishaq Iheanacho sped through Birmingham's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Godwin Azubuike. 59 minutes into the match, Ishaq Iheanacho notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Birmingham's Godwin Azubuike. Godwin Azubuike was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ishaq Iheanacho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Godwin Azubuike tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Olalekan Iweha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nailsworth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Birmingham the free kick. After a rather tough play, Birmingham's Dilibe Adedipe got a free kick in the 65th minute. Gideon Abah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godwin Azubuike read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Birmingham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dilibe Adedipe to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Ishaq Iheanacho put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Godwin Azubuike. Onyema Adebona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biodun Ifejiagwa in the 78th minute of play. When Ishaq Iheanacho came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Nailsworth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ishaq Iheanacho couldn't finish the play. When Nailsworth's Ishaq Iheanacho in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Birmingham's goalie prevented a goal. If Innocent Eli Azuh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biodun Ifejiagwa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godwin Azubuike showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gideon Abah in the 95th minute of the match. Onyema Adebona made an important save on a dangerous shot by Biodun Ifejiagwa in the 96th minute. Nailsworth were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Birmingham for a fine match.
