The Salcombe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Aro Ikpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th match minute, Noble stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aro Ikpe to maneuver through the defense. Enoch Usiyan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Okey Gishiwari, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the last second Enoch Usiyan throw himself and got hold of the ball when Nkiruka Etim in the 28thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Nkiruka Etim had several of the Noble stars's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Enoch Usiyan as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 36 minutes, Nkiruka Etim made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Noble stars's Enoch Usiyan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Enoch Usiyan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nkiruka Etim, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Nkiruka Etim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salcombe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. With an all-out effort, Salcombe's Enoch Usiyan threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nkiruka Etim, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nkiruka Etim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nkiruka Etim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Enoch Usiyan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chiji Adekoya was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Nnam John kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Nkiruka Etim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Salcombe's Oddy Ojudun got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Warman Uduehi could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Ogbonna Agunbiade however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Salcombe booed when Noble stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chiji Adekoya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enoch Usiyan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nkiruka Etim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 minutes, Nkiruka Etim made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Noble stars's Enoch Usiyan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute Dayo Pascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ogbonna Agunbiade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Onwughara Ejoh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 played minutes, Salcombe's Okey Gishiwari shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enoch Usiyan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Salcombe reached it. In the 82nd minute Nkiruka Etim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enoch Usiyan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enoch Usiyan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nkiruka Etim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Warman Uduehi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Ogbonna Agunbiade made a huge save. Nkiruka Etim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enoch Usiyan having to make a save. 90 minutes into the match, Nnamdi Ekeh notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Noble stars's Enoch Usiyan. Enoch Usiyan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 96 minutes into the match, Noble stars's goal looked a bit too open when Nkiruka Etim came free, but Enoch Usiyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Salcombe had played much better football throughout.
