Seating: 2126, VIP seats: 184) Kambinachi Oparaji started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Otito Asuzu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hammed Aiyetan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nwachukwu Okoduwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hammed Aiyetan having to interfere. Blue stars's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Okorie Aro scored to the left of an out of position Yemi Odumegwu, making the score, 1-1. Hammed Aiyetan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kambinachi Oparaji in the 11th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stanley Arinze Dickson got free with Yemi Odumegwu in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hammed Aiyetan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kambinachi Oparaji in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Kambinachi Oparaji shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hammed Aiyetan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. West 6 FC's Hammed Aiyetan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jibrin Emenike in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the West 6 FC defense, Kambinachi Oparaji kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hammed Aiyetan. The West 6 FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hammed Aiyetan should have stopped the shot. A collision led to West 6 FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Stanley Arinze Dickson hit a great ball. Hammed Aiyetan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nwachukwu Okoduwa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 played minutes Blue stars got a freekick which was hit by Otito Asuzu. 39 minutes into the match, West 6 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kambinachi Oparaji came free, but Hammed Aiyetan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hammed Aiyetan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kambinachi Oparaji, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hammed Aiyetan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. With a little luck, West 6 FC's Hammed Aiyetan got control of the ball when Kambinachi Oparaji tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yemi Odumegwu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Okorie Aro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanley Arinze Dickson in the 68th minute of play forced Blue stars's goalkeeper Yemi Odumegwu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute of the match, Okeke Achilike tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hammed Aiyetan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Blue stars booed when West 6 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tijjani Zubairu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, West 6 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kambinachi Oparaji came free, but Hammed Aiyetan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yemi Odumegwu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanley Arinze Dickson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yemi Odumegwu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stanley Arinze Dickson went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. Hammed Aiyetan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kambinachi Oparaji showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-5 in the 90 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kambinachi Oparaji in the 94th minute of play forced West 6 FC's goalkeeper Hammed Aiyetan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blue stars played a much better game than West 6 FC and deserved their victory. The West 6 FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
