Enought Ball's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Onuchukwu Olerum was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 8th match minute, Diss was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Onuchukwu Olerum to maneuver through the defense. Ositadimma Odiaka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Obinna Ajasin having to interfere. Obinna Ajasin came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Diss's Ositadimma Odiaka. But to his dismay, Ositadimma Odiaka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience was convinced that Onuchukwu Olerum's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Obinna Ajasin was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Obinna Ajasin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Onuchukwu Olerum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 played minutes Enought Ball got a freekick which was hit by Ikechukwu Abanum. Onuchukwu Olerum took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Obinna Ajasin. Obinna Ajasin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Onuchukwu Olerum kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Beluchi Ndah hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Tajudeen Ajanaku shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Obinna Ajasin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Madukaego Achomadu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Clever Akpala made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Enought Ball booed when Diss was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ositadimma Odiaka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 52 played minutes Diss got a freekick which was hit by Tajudeen Ajanaku. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beluchi Ndah in the 56th minute of play forced Diss's goalkeeper Clever Akpala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Madukaego Achomadu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eric Monday Kolapo charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eric Monday Kolapo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Diss getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Eric Monday Kolapo hit a great ball. Madukaego Achomadu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clever Akpala having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Diss's Ositadimma Odiaka got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, Ositadimma Odiaka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Obinna Ajasin. The goal made the score 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Onuchukwu Olerum got free with Obinna Ajasin in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ejimofor Achonu kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Diss's Onuchukwu Olerum nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Obinna Ajasin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Madukaego Achomadu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Clever Akpala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diss played a much better game than Enought Ball and deserved their victory. The Enought Ball players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
