Flitwick's Olisanugo Udoka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Flitwick from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Duada Uzoezie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flitwick's supporters rose to their feet, but Duada Uzoezie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ajuluchukwu Gulma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Sutton Valence getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Gorom Ndupuechi hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duada Uzoezie in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ajuluchukwu Gulma saved Sutton Valence from getting behind. 9 minutes in the game, Duada Uzoezie dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gorom Ndupuechi during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sutton Valence's Gorom Ndupuechi got a free kick in the 10th minute. Duada Uzoezie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ajuluchukwu Gulma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Duada Uzoezie notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sutton Valence's Ajuluchukwu Gulma. Ajuluchukwu Gulma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Duada Uzoezie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olisanugo Udoka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nwachukwu Onyeomereneche, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the game, Duada Uzoezie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ajuluchukwu Gulma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Kwemto Alade Adeshina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kwemto Alade Adeshina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ajuluchukwu Gulma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ajuluchukwu Gulma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duada Uzoezie in the 42nd minute of play. Duada Uzoezie spun around in front of the goal 44 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Sutton Valence's goal.

The wind increased when Nwachukwu Onyeomereneche made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Flitwick's zone, Nwachukwu Onyeomereneche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olisanugo Udoka came out of the goal and Nwachukwu Onyeomereneche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sutton Valence's Ajuluchukwu Gulma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duada Uzoezie in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Kwemto Alade Adeshina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flitwick's supporters rose to their feet, but Kwemto Alade Adeshina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ajuluchukwu Gulma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes in the game, Duada Uzoezie fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ajuluchukwu Gulma having to interfere. After 68 played minutes Sutton Valence got a freekick which was hit by Nonye Sasore. In the 69th minute, Kwemto Alade Adeshina made a precise shot to the right of Ajuluchukwu Gulma. Sutton Valence's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 73rd minute, Flitwick's Kwemto Alade Adeshina dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Olisanugo Udoka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nwachukwu Onyeomereneche in the 76th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Flitwick was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Furo Olododo to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Azuka Obasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olisanugo Udoka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kwemto Alade Adeshina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olisanugo Udoka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Azuka Obasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nwachukwu Onyeomereneche's late challenge caught a Flitwick's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nwachukwu Onyeomereneche helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Sutton Valence's Nwachukwu Onyeomereneche got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Kwemto Alade Adeshina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ajuluchukwu Gulma having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Duada Uzoezie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ajuluchukwu Gulma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olisanugo Udoka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Azuka Obasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flitwick played a much better game than Sutton Valence and deserved their victory. The Sutton Valence players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
