The audience was convinced that Asfru Bendahman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdelhafiz Armoumen was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Ajeddig Jermouni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amenzu Abdessadki having to interfere. Akersim Akachar took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdelhafiz Armoumen. Abdelhafiz Armoumen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Asfru Bendahman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Ajeddig Jermouni fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Amenzu Abdessadki, passed just outside the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salaheddine Alloudi in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdelhafiz Armoumen saved Marrakech Chabab from getting behind. Abdelhafiz Armoumen came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by El Jadida's Salaheddine Alloudi. But to his dismay, Salaheddine Alloudi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 33rd minute, Akersim Akachar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Salaheddine Alloudi came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the El Jadida fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salaheddine Alloudi couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Salaheddine Alloudi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ajeddig Jermouni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marrakech Chabab's supporters rose to their feet, but Ajeddig Jermouni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amenzu Abdessadki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Atbir Sektioui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Amenzu Abdessadki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amenzu Abdessadki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atbir Sektioui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Amenzu Abdessadki was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Atbir Sektioui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Amenzu Abdessadki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Asfru Bendahman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abdelhafiz Armoumen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. El Jadida's Asfru Bendahman got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Marrakech Chabab's goalkeeper Abdelhafiz Armoumen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Asfru Bendahman. 86 minutes into the game, Ajeddig Jermouni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Amenzu Abdessadki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amenzu Abdessadki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Massinissa Aissati, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ajeddig Jermouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over El Jadida could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Marrakech Chabab throughout the match.
