Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 0) Ksar-el-Kebir's Yassir Jermouni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Badr Ziati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamir Tafersit having to interfere. Ksar-el-Kebir's Tamir Tafersit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wali El Guarrouj in the 4th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Yassir Jermouni kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yassir Fakhir. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Chakir El Asmar hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Ouahib Hadaouir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Khemisset's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ouahib Hadaouir fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Ksar-el-Kebir's zone, Wali El Guarrouj stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tamir Tafersit came out of the goal and Wali El Guarrouj tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ayub Tahiri in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tamir Tafersit saved Ksar-el-Kebir from getting behind. Tamir Tafersit came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Khemisset's Ayub Tahiri. But to his dismay, Ayub Tahiri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After having played for 26 minutes, Ayub Tahiri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khemisset's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ayub Tahiri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tamir Tafersit didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ayub Tahiri went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When Khemisset's Wali El Guarrouj in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ksar-el-Kebir's goalie prevented a goal. If Wali El Guarrouj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tayeb Rifi kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ayub Tahiri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 52 in the game by Wali El Guarrouj from a close distance when the talented Tamir Tafersit managed to make a qualified save. Ksar-el-Kebir's players were relieved. With 53 minutes on the clock, Uksintas Jbilou commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. If Yassir Jermouni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Khemisset booed when Ksar-el-Kebir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chakir El Asmar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yassir Jermouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yassir Jermouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ouahib Hadaouir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Yassir Fakhir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Khemisset players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ksar-el-Kebir from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
