Adil Atif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azerwal Bouden having to interfere. If Abdelkarim Boulami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ziad Achik hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. El Jadida Hassania's Misbah Regragui couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Porto. FC Porto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Rachid Khayri scored to the left of an out of position Azerwal Bouden, making the score, 1-0. El Jadida Hassania's Rachid Khayri got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Azerwal Bouden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fatih Abarou in the 29th minute. Abdelkarim Boulami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Azerwal Bouden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ridouane Chkilit kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ziad Tafersit was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Rachid Khayri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to FC Porto getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Amalu Armoumen hit a great ball. Rachid Khayri struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Azerwal Bouden didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Jadida Hassania. Azerwal Bouden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Khayri in the 61st minute of the match. El Jadida Hassania's Abdelkarim Boulami got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Abdelkarim Boulami managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Jadida Hassania's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelkarim Boulami was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Azerwal Bouden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 71 minutes, Meddur Bagui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Porto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Meddur Bagui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdelkarim Boulami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azerwal Bouden having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Porto's Ziad Achik got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Azerwal Bouden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Khayri in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Porto's zone, Abdelkarim Boulami stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Azerwal Bouden came out of the goal and Abdelkarim Boulami tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Azerwal Bouden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Khayri in the 87th minute of the match. Souleimane Benjelloun's late challenge caught a El Jadida Hassania's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Souleimane Benjelloun helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee ended the match the El Jadida Hassania players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
