Aghilas El Amrani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Badis Antaki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wali Bezzai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Idir El Khalej having to interfere. Afulay Samaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Aghilas El Amrani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramzi Zerouali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Idir El Khalej tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Fès's goal looked a bit too open when Ramzi Zerouali came free, but Idir El Khalej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, Fès was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maysar Chretien to maneuver through the defense. Idir El Khalej stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramzi Zerouali's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Antalas Kharja hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ramzi Zerouali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Idir El Khalej tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wali Bezzai took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Idir El Khalej. Idir El Khalej dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a defensive mix-up in Fès's zone, Wali Bezzai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Idir El Khalej came out of the goal and Wali Bezzai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Idir El Khalej took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramzi Zerouali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Fès booed when Guelmim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zouheir Armoumen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Badis Antaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aghilas El Amrani having to interfere. Aghilas El Amrani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Afulay Samaoui went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Badis Antaki hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Wali Bezzai came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Idir El Khalej could save by the left post. Fès were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Guelmim for a fine match.
