Spectators: 6737 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nizar Naybet took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Irat Hamdani came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Beni Mellal Tihad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Irat Hamdani couldn't finish the play. If Nizar Naybet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeineddine El Khalej sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 played minutes Beni Mellal Tihad got a freekick which was hit by Zouheir Chretien. Sajed Baha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maysar Falah having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sajed Baha in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maysar Falah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29thth minute of the game Sajed Baha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Essaouira's Maysar Falah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Osmane Faris kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Maysar Falah came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Beni Mellal Tihad's Saden Nouhass. But to his dismay, Saden Nouhass quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half Beni Mellal Tihad were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saden Nouhass to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Zeineddine El Khalej managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Essaouira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeineddine El Khalej was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Essaouira's Maysar Falah got control of the ball when Sajed Baha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maysar Falah was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zouheir Chretien. If Sajed Baha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Essaouira getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Usem Ouaddou hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nizar Naybet in the 81st minute of play forced Beni Mellal Tihad's goalkeeper Sisangh Talih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 82 minutes, Sajed Baha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beni Mellal Tihad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sajed Baha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nizar Naybet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Zeineddine El Khalej came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Essaouira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeineddine El Khalej couldn't finish the play. Beni Mellal Tihad's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
