After a defensive mix-up in Berkane Maghreb's zone, Ayman El Assas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aghbalu Farass came out of the goal and Ayman El Assas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Aghbalu Farass managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Tan-Tan Hillal's Winsen Tiberkanin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tan-Tan Hillal's Tamir Didouh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takfarinas Benzakour in the 28th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Nacer Oulhaj mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tan-Tan Hillal and the Berkane Maghreb players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 32 minutes of play Tan-Tan Hillal's Nacer Oulhaj was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Nacer Oulhaj hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Takfarinas Benzakour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamir Didouh having to interfere. Ayrad Zniti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamir Didouh having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Ayrad Zniti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tamir Didouh. Tan-Tan Hillal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ayrad Zniti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Winsen Tiberkanin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tan-Tan Hillal's supporters rose to their feet, but Winsen Tiberkanin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aghbalu Farass breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

In the 55th minute of the match Aznag Obbadi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tamir Didouh showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 65th minute Winsen Tiberkanin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aghbalu Farass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Winsen Tiberkanin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aghbalu Farass having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Winsen Tiberkanin in the 69th minute of play forced Berkane Maghreb's goalkeeper Aghbalu Farass to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Ayrad Zniti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berkane Maghreb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ayrad Zniti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tan-Tan Hillal booed when Berkane Maghreb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Misifsen Taouni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute of the match Tajeddine Kacemi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tamir Didouh showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 91st minute, Winsen Tiberkanin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Takfarinas Benzakour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Tamir Didouh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Berkane Maghreb walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
