The audience thought a goal was coming when Chakir Benzakour got free with Mahir El Kaoutar in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the match, Khouribga Jeunesse's goal looked a bit too open when Tanan El Kasmi came free, but Mazine El Khalej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osmane Fenkar's late challenge caught a Agadir Wydad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osmane Fenkar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute, one of Khouribga Jeunesse:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Khouribga Jeunesse. The referee gave Agadir Wydad a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fathi Talha, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Khouribga Jeunesse's Mazine El Khalej. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Khouribga Jeunesse's zone, Tanan El Kasmi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mazine El Khalej came out of the goal and Tanan El Kasmi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Massinissa Benzoukan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mazine El Khalej having to interfere. After 29 minutes of play, Agadir Wydad's Tanan El Kasmi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mazine El Khalej was left in no man's land by his defense there! Khouribga Jeunesse's Mazine El Khalej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanan El Kasmi in the 33rd minute of play. Mahir El Kaoutar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daoud El Bassel in the 36th minute of the match. After 39 played minutes Khouribga Jeunesse got a freekick which was hit by Daoud El Bassel. Chakir Bidouane hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tanan El Kasmi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Khouribga Jeunesse's Mazine El Khalej got control of the ball when Massinissa Benzoukan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Massinissa Benzoukans short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Mazine El Khalej to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tanan El Kasmi in the 100th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mazine El Khalej prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Agadir Wydad had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
