Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 20) Ghalib Ali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chakir Regragui having to interfere. Salaheddine Aini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Jankowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Ghalib Ali got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 12 played minutes SC Etterbeek got a freekick which was hit by Taoufiq Diane. Moutawakkil Anis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Chakir Regragui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Jankowski in the 19th minute of play forced Safi's goalkeeper Salaheddine Aini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Moutawakkil Anis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chakir Regragui was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 22nd minute, Ouassim Timoumi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 played minutes Safi got a freekick which was hit by Ghalib Ali. After a rather tough play, SC Etterbeek's Teobald Jankowski got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teobald Jankowski in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Salaheddine Aini saved Safi from getting behind. In the 46th minute, Ghalib Ali ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chakir Regragui was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Moutawakkil Anis made the kick off in the second half. Moutawakkil Anis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chakir Regragui having to interfere. Salaheddine Aini came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Etterbeek's Teobald Jankowski. But to his dismay, Teobald Jankowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Jamal Lahoua hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Moutawakkil Anis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Etterbeek's Chakir Regragui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save SC Etterbeek from getting a goal against them. 69 minutes into the match, Safi's Moutawakkil Anis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chakir Regragui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Abdelkabir Jilaidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Moutawakkil Aniss short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Chakir Regragui to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to SC Etterbeek getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ouassim Timoumi hit a great ball. After 87 played minutes, Safi's Zouheir Abdessadki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chakir Regragui came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Safi reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Safi's zone, Teobald Jankowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salaheddine Aini came out of the goal and Teobald Jankowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Safi's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
