Wakil Miftah hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, taronto 1879's Afra Abdessadki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nasseh Kharbouchi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, taronto 1879's Nasseh Kharbouchi threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Salam Ait Omar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Nasseh Kharbouchi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdelali Miftah during the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in taronto 1879's zone, Rochdi Ouaddou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Monir Jbilou came out of the goal and Rochdi Ouaddou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Wakil Zemmama managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khenifra Union Sportive's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wakil Zemmama was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind taronto 1879's goalkeeper Monir Jbilou, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The taronto 1879 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Khenifra Union Sportive's performance. The match ended with a win for Khenifra Union Sportive.
