Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Agerzam Lamin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SC Goldbugs's Fathi Baba. Fathi Baba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fathi Baba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nadir Dolmi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute Nadir Dolmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fathi Baba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Izem Ben Chrifa fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Goldbugs's protests and gave Izem Ben Chrifa a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes SC Goldbugs got a freekick which was hit by Izem Ben Chrifa. The supporters of SC Goldbugs booed when Mohammedia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Othmane Bagui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Naoufal Sarsar kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. SC Goldbugs's Fathi Baba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mahdi Oussalah in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Izem Ben Chrifa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Azayku Boukhari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izem Ben Chrifa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Mohammedia's zone, Rochdi Rabeh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Azayku Boukhari came out of the goal and Rochdi Rabeh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Azayku Boukhari made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Izem Ben Chrifa sent off a good shot on target. Othmane Bagui took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fathi Baba. Fathi Baba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The SC Goldbugs players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mohammedia were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Izem Ben Chrifa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Sadid El Bounadi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Mohammedia's Azayku Boukhari. Azayku Boukhari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 55th match minute, SC Goldbugs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izem Ben Chrifa to maneuver through the defense. If Ajeddig Amazigh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sadid El Bounadi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sadid El Bounadi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Azayku Boukhari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Haitham Ataba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Azayku Boukhari was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 76 minutes into the match, Mahdi Oussalah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fathi Baba. SC Goldbugs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mahdi Oussalah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Izem Ben Chrifa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azayku Boukhari having to interfere. Othmane Bagui hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Salim Boulami might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Azayku Boukhari. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salim Boulami ran back to his position shaking his head. SC Goldbugs's Sadid El Bounadi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Idriss Benzakour, made in the 88th minute of the game. SC Goldbugs's Nouh Zerouali quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Naoufal Sarsar, made in the 95th minute of the game. Chants of Mohammedia echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as SC Goldbugs had held the ball for most of the match.
