Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Oulton Broad's Joe Bateson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Avebury AFC's Alexander Ambrose got a free kick in the 2nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenneth Dalton in the 4th minute of play forced Oulton Broad's goalkeeper Adam Boulton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Oulton Broad's Adam Boulton got control of the ball when Kelvin Kindness tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kelvin Kindness sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Oulton Broad's zone, Kenneth Dalton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Boulton came out of the goal and Kenneth Dalton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Avebury AFC's Kenneth Dalton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adam Boulton. Adam Boulton yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Benji Allister received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Austen Burnett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kenneth Dalton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Boulton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kelvin Kindness in the 20th minute of the match. Austen Burnett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joe Bateson in the 25th minute of the match. Kelvin Kindness recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Avebury AFC's Abraham Shields got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When Benji Allister came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Oulton Broad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benji Allister couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute, Kenneth Dalton reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adam Boulton. The goal made the score 2-0. Adam Boulton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Dalton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kenneth Dalton made a kick off. When Kelvin Kindness came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Avebury AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kelvin Kindness couldn't finish the play. Kenneth Dalton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Boulton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Avebury AFC booed when Oulton Broad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Ford didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 minutes of play, Avebury AFC's Kelvin Kindness made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Boulton was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Avebury AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ty Pointon hit a great ball. Kenneth Dalton struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Adam Boulton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avebury AFC. Avebury AFC's Austen Burnett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Avebury AFC from getting a goal against them. Kelvin Kindness recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joe Bateson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
