After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Romeo Metcalf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warminster's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Metcalf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kieran Blair breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Metcalf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Kieran Blair tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tosh Wiltshire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keith Hazledine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kieran Blair having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Romeo Metcalf managed to get in a good position for a shot. Warminster's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Metcalf was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kieran Blair breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Metcalf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stephen Worth hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Warminster's Ivor Browning got control of the ball when Marlon Wells tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Warminster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keith Hazledine to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Keith Hazledine to make the kick off. Ivor Browning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marlon Wells , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marlon Wells 's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivor Browning read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Marlon Wells received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ivor Browning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute Guy Vassell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivor Browning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Metcalf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kieran Blair having to interfere. Warminster's Ivor Browning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guy Vassell in the 73rd minute of play. Kieran Blair made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Romeo Metcalf sent off a good shot on target. After 90 played minutes Dale Bloom rounded London Colney FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. After having played for 94 minutes, Keith Hazledine managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warminster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Keith Hazledine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Warminster left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than London Colney FC.
